Soot Cleaning

Prior to any fire damage reinstatement work, we offer a soot cleaning service that removes any loose soot and seals in any smoke related odours. We will also remove any cabinets, shelving, worktops, light fittings etc. These can be set aside ready for reinstatement or disposed of.

Subsidence / Masonry Repairs / Foundations 

As a contractor we are often asked if we can facilitate work that would normally fall outside of normal restoration such as subsidence and Masonry Repairs.

Make Safes / Strip Outs

Whenever Peril hits, its a devastating time for all those affected. Having gone through this personally the directors have put in place a 24 hour response time, this is not only to limit the amount of damage that can be caused but to reassure the policy holders that their situation is being dealt with quickly. We also provide emergency cover for those more urgent moments.

We offer a demolition service. We will not only dismantle but dispose of all the debris.

Project Management

We also offer a Project Management only service. If your project only requires a Project Manager you’ve come to the right place. Our service includes a designated Project Manager, daily site visits, a bespoke schedule of work and daily or weekly updates. Depending on the duration of the project, this will include a progress report, up-to-date cost analysis and site photographs. O
